1. How much does your software cost?

2. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept VISA, American Express, Master Card, and Discover Cards.

3. Can more than one person access the account?
Yes, if you so choose, you can add as many account sub-users as you wish from Account Setup. You will need to pay extra for sub-users.

4. Can we decide which areas of the account users can access?
Yes, you can set permissions for every user which defines the areas they can access and which they cannot.

Go to Setup and click on 'Manager Users' in order to set permissions. Select a sub user and click on 'Set Permissions' to provide required access to sub users. Also, you need to allocate surveys to sub users from 'Survey Allocation' in Setup.Set Permission

5. What is the difference between an anonymous and a semi-anonymous survey?
An anonymous survey is one in which all of your participants' identifying information is stripped from their response. You will not be able to see who has or has not responded to your survey, and you will not be able to tell which response belongs to which participant. A semi-anonymous survey is the same as the anonymous survey but survey administrator can request for certain data, like who has responded and who has not, after survey has expired.

6. Why can't I find an old survey in my account?
If you are using a sub account and your account administrator has changed or removed some of your survey permissions, then you may not be able to see the old surveys in your account. Please check with your Account Administrator if you need access to old surveys that you believe should still be in your account.

Another possibility is that your account has been reorganized since you last used it. Please check each of the folders on the left in the Launch a Survey tab to see if your survey has been placed in a different folder.

7. My survey audience has "white-listed" my organization, but not SoGoSurvey. How can I send emails using SoGoSurvey and get through the SPAM filters?
SoGoSurvey has a useful tool called Authenticated Relay which can route your Invitation Emails through your own mail server to your participants inboxes. This feature is available in Setup under Home Tab; select EMAIL RELAY SETTINGS in Setup. We recommend that the Email Administrator at your organization set up an account specifically for the purpose of relaying these Emails, and that person should be able to provide you with the information requested in the Email Relay section.
