Manage Survey Data

1. Can I use my survey data from a previous tool with yours?
Yes, you can use the data from your previous tool directly into our software. Our Import feature allows survey data to import in the survey.
Step 1) Create an Excel or CSV spreadsheet with the data.
Step 2) Go to Launch a Survey module. Select a survey in which you want to import data
               and click on 'Import' button.
Step 3) Select the file and click and click 'Map Columns'.
Step 4) After column mapping, click on 'Import' to import data into the survey.

2. Is your solution compatible with MS Office?
Yes, our software allows you to download survey data into Excel, Access, and Word and reports can be made into PowerPoint presentations.

3. What kind of formats are available in SoGoSurvey for survey data download?
We support Excel, CSV (Comma separated value), XML, SPSS, Access, Word, and HTML formats. We also have the custom format 'sogosurvey1' if you want to re-import survey data into another survey within our survey tool.
