1. What kind of data analysis can I do using the SoGoSurvey tool?
SoGoSurvey has a Run a Report module for all kinds of data analysis. You can view bar graphs or you can do segmentation based conditional reports. You may use any of the other reports like Verbatim for open text analysis, Response table and Quick view reports. If you want advanced analysis, use our Cross tab, Comparison, Statistical, Frequency or Pivot table reports.
Report creation is as simple as selecting your survey and clicking a few buttons.
2. What are the different report types available in the SoGoSurvey tool?
| SoGoSurvey has 12 different out-of-the-box reports. |
Bar Graph |
Represent your data using simple charts and graphs. This report helps you to present your data with pictorial representations including bar graphs, pie charts, and more. |
Cross Tab |
Slice data from up to three survey questions to uncover valuable correlations. Counts and/or percentages can be applied or removed to make presentations easier to understand. |
Individual |
The Individual Report displays complete results for each survey participant; it is just like looking at the paper version of your participant's survey responses. The value of this report is the ability to drill-down into individual respondents' answers. |
Verbatim |
The Verbatim Report extracts insights that may not even be on your radar. This report allows you to set conditions to analyze similar segments of open-text responses. |
Quick View |
The Quick View Report offers a swift, simple representation of the number of times each answer for a particular question was chosen. It is valuable in examining the results of a pilot survey. |
Conditional |
The Conditional Reports allows you to set filters that draw from the total data set to discover actionable insights on sub-group relationships between questions. |
Pivot Table |
The robust Pivot table enables you to cross tabulate one question against every other question in a survey. |
Comparison |
The Comparison Report enables you to conduct valuable Segmentation Analysis by showing side-by-side attributes of 2-10 data sets in bar graph format. |
Response Table |
The Response Table allows you to view how each respondent answered specific survey questions. |
Frequency Table |
The Frequency Report allows you to view how many times each answer for each question was selected. |
Statistical |
The Statistical Report lets you compare valuable statistical measures of a specific question, with those of the complete data set. Statistics include standard deviation, sum, mean, median, mode, min and max values. |
Participation |
Gives a time based overview of responses received in your survey and Distribution Report in graphical format. |
