Create New Message

When sending an invitation, create a message that is perfect for your audience and purpose. Your invitation is the perfect opportunity to ensure participants reach your actual survey, so make the first impression count!

Beyond the six system-defined templates, up to 100 user-defined messages can be created.

To create a message, choose a system-defined template or user-defined message to modify based on your requirements.Email manager

 

Edit A Template

SoGoSurvey provides six system-defined templates to choose from as your baseline message for customization.

To get started with creating a new template:

  1. In the Distribute tab, click on Email Manager.
  2. Click on Create New Message.
  3. As a Baseline message, select any system-defined template or user-defined message.
  4. Edit the content under Body section.
  5. Click on Finish and Save.
  6. Enter a template name and click on Save.

 

Copy A Template

  1. In the Distribute tab, click on Email Manager.
  2. Select any system-defined template and click on the Copy Message icon. This will create a copy of the template.
  3. Click on the Edit button for the copied template.
  4. Make required changes to the content in the body section and design.
  5. Click on Finish and Save.
  6. Enter the template name and click on Save.
