Time Saving + User Management
We’ve been offering multiple tools in the same platform for years, but now we’re bringing together all of your options into the same interface. Review all of your latest projects on the home screen or through the All Projects folder, or simply click Create Project to choose the right tool to meet your goals: CX, EX, Survey, Assessment, or Poll. Change your mind? Open Options within Designer to switch between Survey and Assessment, or vice versa!
As your team grows, bring everyone together in the same secure system and enable smart collaboration. Our latest updates to user management help to streamline sub-account creation and permission management, making it easier than ever to work together while maintaining data security and privacy.
Lock it Down
Speaking of security, we’re continuing to build to increasingly higher standards. In accordance with GDPR standards, choose to include your own data policy on every participation page so your respondents know exactly how their data will be protected. Additionally, we’ll soon* be delivering improved accessibility with ADA compliant participation. Hearing from a wider audience ensures our users collect broader, more valuable results as they maintain the highest standards of data security and privacy.
Our new semi-anonymous feature embraces this seeming contradiction, allowing anonymous collection of responses while making it possible for a SoGoSurvey account manager to provide a final list of participants. This is a great option when you need proof of participation — for course credit or an incentive drawing — but when you are looking for the candid responses that an anonymous survey encourages.
If your priority is customer experience, you’ll appreciate the analytics updates within our powerful CX tool. New upgrades to SoGoCX include line trends to track changes in your key customer care metrics: Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and Customer Effort Score (CES). At a glance, you’ll find it easier than ever to identify when and how your customers’ perceptions are changing.
Focused on employee experience? Our new EX tool streamlines your planning, tracking, and analytics to deliver a comprehensive employee engagement solution. From a complete employee directory to an automated flow program that delivers carefully planned employee engagement and pulse studies, SoGoEX enables strategic support of your Human Resources goals.
We know that your time is valuable. Need to make a quick, select-all change as you’re designing a project? The newly highlighted Bulk Actions dropdown allows you to make sweeping improvements to your project lightning fast. Contact Lists can now be accessed from every module, and the streamlined flow and improved editing capabilities mean you have all the flexibility you need to keep connected with your participants. SMS updates and improved email delivery mean your participants receive your invitations even faster, too.
When you’re live, participation will soon be supercharged with *a fresh framework, enabling faster speeds and improved accessibility. Once this is in place, you’ll see search options in Drop Down questions with long answer lists, instant participation alerts, and more.
As results come in and your reports fill up, speed up your analysis with Omni updates like statistical segmentation and a single-click option to add all verbatim response cards to your Canvas, plus enhancements to our Text Analysis Report that make even more of your open-ended responses.
