Compliant Email Template: From an ADA compliant Visual Settings template to an ADA compliant Email Template, simplifying accessibility turns clear questions into clear answers.
Powered-up Passwords: As many organizations tighten email filters and new security regulations prevent the sharing of email addresses, passwords are getting increased attention. Generate a QR code to share your login page quickly and efficiently, and filter un-used passwords to make follow-up easier.
Password-Protected Report Link: Dynamic report links are nothing new here, but this new Share Report Link functionality allows you to share a saved report with anyone and protect it with a custom password. For added security, you may disable the link and generate a different one, as well as choose whether to allow recipients to download the report. And one more bonus: Not only will this link reflect the latest responses received, but you can also update the format of the saved report (a new filter for a new month of data, perhaps) and recipients will see these updates, too.
Qualitative Analysis, Naturally: Integrated Natural Language Processing (NLP) enhances the thematic analysis and semantic analysis in the Text Analysis Report, and provides the option for refined results through custom model training.
Segmentation Simplification: The Segmentation Report makes it easy to simultaneously divide all of your data into the right reports for the right teams. Now, fill content from piped fields to finalize names and attributes in your report automatically without manual updates.
Utility Accessibility: Our Utilities module offers a powerful toolbox of advanced options including integrations, the File Library, Master Log, and everyone’s favorite mistake rescue — Switch Invitations. To make it easier to jump right into any of these options, Utilities now pops out in a menu from an icon in the top right corner, wherever you are.
And yes, it’s better looking, better working, and clearly better overall. Every release includes updates to UI, UX, and text to make your experience as intuitive and seamless as possible. This time around, you’ll see tweaks to Data Population, filter enhancements in reminders, the opportunity to create a new folder as you create a project, options to exclude incomplete responses from Omni calculations and overall comparisons from Omni graphs, and much much more.
