SoGoSurvey’s CX tool provides you a comprehensive platform to create customer experience surveys. You can build surveys using any of the three key metrics: Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Customer Effort (CES). In this section, we will give you a detailed explanation of what it takes to create a perfect CX survey.
SoGoSurvey CX is all about customer experience surveys. Choose to start a new survey from one of two places – from the Home page or while working on another survey.
- From the Home Page:
Click on the Create Survey icon and choose from the three options available.
- While working on another survey:
Click on ‘+ Create’ in the top right and choose from the options presented.

Start with a Blank Survey
Creating surveys from scratch means selecting your preferred metric/score and building your survey with the pre-defined metric question and the follow up-question. You can also include additional relevant questions manually, one at a time. In this case, it is ideal to have a blueprint of the survey plan to use as a guide while designing your questionnaire. Advanced planning will help to maintain focus, drive structure, and save time. Keep in mind that your survey must be short enough to keep your customer engaged.
Copy an Existing Survey
If you’re repeating a project, copy a survey to save time. You may stick with an exact duplicate, or modify the survey to meet your updated requirements. This method is the perfect choice if you want to repeatedly launch the same survey, perhaps on an annual basis.

Your SoGoSurvey account comes loaded with a full set of professionally designed survey templates covering a range of popular topics and purposes. This Survey Bank is designed to save you time and offer research-backed inspiration. You may review these sample surveys to gather ideas, or copy them directly into your account to use or modify. This method is the perfect choice if you know your topic but you’re not sure which questions to ask.
Once you’ve chosen your method, make the survey your own:
- Name your survey.
- Keep your account organized by using the dropdown menu to assign your survey to an appropriate folder.
- Select your survey’s primary language and any secondary languages.Tip: The primary language you select cannot be changed. Secondary languages can be added or removed later in the process.
- Click Start to begin building your survey.
