Once you have your report just the way you want it, including customized colors, graphs, filters, and properties, it makes sense to save it just as it is: perfect. Saved Reports in SoGoSurvey CX make quick retrieval easy.
Save Survey Report
Follow these simple steps to save a report – for example, a Bar Graph Report.
- Click on the All Surveys icon, then hover over the selected survey and click on Report.
- Within the Report menu bar, click on Bar Graph.
- Choose the questions to be included in the report.
- Rearrange the questions as needed.
- Modify your report properties, if you wish.
- Based on your needs, select and apply a filter, or create one on the spot.
- Click on Generate.
- Review your report and make any necessary changes to the appearance.
- Click on the Save icon at the top right corner of the page. Enter a name for the saved report, then click Save.
- A confirmation message will be displayed with the report name, and it will be now available in the Saved Reports section.
Generate Saved Report
On the Report menu bar, click on Saved Reports on the far right to find all of your saved reports for this survey. Select a report and click Generate.
Modify and Delete Reports
Even though your saved report is perfect now, you might want to make some changes at some point in the future. No problem! Rather than starting from scratch, you can modify your existing saved report.
Modify Saved Report
- Under the Report, click on Saved Reports.
- On the Saved Reports main page, select any saved report and click on Modify Report.
- You will be taken to the first step of the report generation wizard, where you can follow all the steps for selecting a question, re-ordering questions, modifying properties and applying filters. Make your required changes at the appropriate point in the process.
- After you click on Generate, the report created will include your new changes.
- You can save this report by clicking the Save icon.
Delete Saved Report
- Under the Report, click on Saved Reports.
- Select the appropriate report, then click on Delete Report(s).
Export Details
To export the Saved Report dashboard, Click on Export Details to download the data in MS Excel.

With just one click, you can email real-time reports to clients or colleagues. Plus, the SoGoSurvey CX Emailed Reports Dashboard tracks it all. The Email Report feature lets you:
- Update reports dynamically
- Customize email content and design
- Set expiration date for the report
- See when and how often the report is viewed
Follow these simple steps to email a report:
- Under the Report, click on Saved Reports./li>
- Select one or more reports and click ‘Send via Email’.
- Enter the Report title and select the format in which the report link will be delivered.
- HTML email format: This format provides your reports with colors, images, and other formatting options to make the report visually appealing.
- Plain Text email format: This format provides your reports within plain text, removing all HTML formatting from the email. Choose this option when you know your users will be unable to receive or read HTML format.
- Edit and update the content in the ‘Edit Email Content’ step. Customize the expiration date, as needed, depending on how long your recipient should be allowed to access the report.
- Click on Continue to proceed.
- Preview and confirm, then click ‘Email Report’ to send the report via email.
Share Reports on Twitter and Facebook

Share Report on Twitter
- Under the Report , click on Saved Reports.
- Select a report and click on the Twitter icon.
- Follow prompts to provide any additional content and post to Twitter.

- Select a report and click on the Facebook icon.
- Follow prompts to provide any additional content and post to Facebook.
