As updates are received in Track Survey, lists in Contact Manager will automatically be updated. Since your lists may include contacts that are bounced or have opted out from your surveys, you can clean your lists to archive or delete those contacts.
Cleaning a list is recommended prior to launching a survey, especially if you are re-using a list.
- Under Contact Manager, click on List Cleaning.
- Choose to archive your contacts or remove them permanently.
- Select the status of contacts to be addressed.
- Click on Clean Now. All contacts with the selected status type(s) will be archived from your contact list for further use.
