A few specific action buttons can be found in Email Manager.
Edit: To edit a template, hover you mouse to click on the Edit button. You can edit and overwrite the existing template or choose to create a new template.
On the right side of the pop-up, you can also review information such as ‘Mail merge used in the template’, number of survey in which this template has been used, and other template metrics.
Delete: To delete a template, click on the quick look option and click on Delete button to delete the template.
To delete more than one template, you can switch to List view, to select more than one templates to delete at once.
Copy: Select a template and click on this button to create a copy. You can generate copies of only one template at a time.
Search Messages: Enter the name of a message or template to search Email Manager.
Filter: Filter your templates by Message Type, Mail Merge included, Language and Usage in surveys.
Sort: Click on the Sort button to sort the template on the basis of Published Date, Modification Date or Name.
