                                    Failed Payment

                                    If your credit card was declined while making a payment, this is normally a result of your bank’s automated systems and not caused by SoGoSurvey. If this happens to you, please make sure your credit card information is correct. If the transaction still doesn’t go through, you may need to try a different credit card or call your bank to clear the transaction.

                                    If your subscription payment fails, we have an automated process in place which attempts to bill your card several times over a period of three days. If the payment does not go through after these attempts, account access is blocked. You will then receive a notification email from our Billing Department to update your credit card information. Once you update your billing information, and our next automatic charge attempt is successful, your subscription will continue without any discontinuity.

                                    If credit card details are not updated after the payment failure and email reminders, the account will be cancelled due to non-payment and all data in the account will be permanently deleted.
