Welcome to your SogoConnect account! We’re here to help you stay connected with your employees, customers, and larger community by making it easier than ever for you and your team to close the loop, deliver great service, and provide a positive experience.
Did You Receive Your Activation Email?
Your SogoConnect login information will be sent to you through an activation email once your account is set up by your System Administrator. If you have not yet received your activation email and were expecting it, you should contact your System Administrator. Once you have received your activation email, follow the steps below to access SoGoConnect.
First Time Login
- Click the Activate Account link found in your activation email.
- Set your own password.
- Follow the steps to verify your account and personal details. Remember that your username is the email address at which you received your invitation.
- Proceed to Tour Mode for a quick overview of the platform.
Passwords must include at least eight characters and a combination of letters and numbers.
