Once you’ve integrated both platforms, SoGoSurvey allows you to push data into Salesforce. Survey responses are pushed into the relevant fields of the right Salesforce object.
For example, you might have a survey question that asks customers to rate the service they have received on a scale of 1 to 5. The rating a customer gives in a survey response can be pushed into a ‘Service Satisfaction Score’ field in that customer’s Contact record.
To ensure a successful data connection, the relevant survey questions will need to be mapped to match the appropriate fields in Salesforce.

- Drill down

- Multiple Drop Down
Map SoGoSurvey questions to Salesforce fields carefully and ensure a perfect match by testing before going live. If the match is not correctly mapped, data will not be collected.
