                              Bulk Actions in SoGoConnect

                              SoGoConnect has Bulk Actions so you never have to organize or change things painstakingly one-by-one.

                              When at your Dialogue Inbox, you’ll notice a checkbox right at the top of your menu to the left of “Customer.” Click the checkbox to open the Bulk Actions pop-up. If you don’t want to edit or change all of your messages and just a select few, hover your cursor over the icon next to the Customer column. Click on the checkboxes that appear and when you select two or more Dialogues, the Bulk Actions pop-up will appear.

                              In Bulk Actions, you can Reply or Comment on all of the messages you selected. You can also set them all to have the same Dialogue Status, Priority, Interest Area(s), and Owner. Along with that, you can assign Team Members or add relevant Tags to the Dialogues you’ve selected.

                              Once you’ve made the desired changes on the Bulk Action pop-up, make sure to click the “Update” button on the bottom. You should see a little notice letting you know that your changes were saved.
