                                          Contact Lists

                                          In Contact Lists, create and modify lists to make your distribution smooth and simple. Lists are especially helpful when distributing to large groups, when using Mail Merge in invitations, and when using Data Population in your survey. Storing participant contact information makes publishing easy – you’ll simply identify your List during the publishing process, and any pre-filled information will be matched between the List and your survey automatically.

                                          Lists can be created by uploading a spreadsheet, entering contacts manually, copying from another List, importing from survey responses, or dynamically updating from external sources including SFTP servers, Salesforce, and (coming soon!) Google Drive and OneDrive. Sub-Lists may be created by applying a filtering condition to a current List.

                                          Choose one of two different types of Lists:

                                          • Email address lists can be used to send out single-use and multi-use link invitations.
                                          • Unique ID lists can be used to generate offline Survey Passwords.

                                          Wherever you are in the platform, it’s always easy to access Contact Lists!

                                          • While working on a project, you’ll find Contact Lists on the right end of the module menu bar.
                                          • From anywhere in the platform, access Contact Lists by clicking on the Resource Hub icon in the top right corner of your screen.
