Survey Unavailable Message


If a participant tries to access a survey that is in Edit mode, the survey will be inaccessible. A default system message will be displayed instead of the survey.

If you prefer, you can also edit this message as follows:

  1. Navigate to the Design tab.
  2. Select the survey and click on Edit.
  3. Go to Options
  4. Select EVENT MESSAGES, and Go to Survey Unavailable.
  5. Modify the message content, as desired.
  6. Save.
