                                          Track Participation

                                          Once you’ve launched, Track Survey allows you to review delivery, participation, and more for a single survey. You’ll see a summary of distribution and participation, as well as details specific to each distribution channel, including Test Invitations.

                                          You may also use Track Survey to seek out a single participant record by email address, survey delivery or participation dates, or completion status.

                                          To access and review Track Survey:

                                          1. Select your survey and click Publish.
                                          2. In the Distribute menu bar, click on the Track Survey button.
                                          3. Beyond the overall summary, you may drill down by distribution method to review metrics including:

                                            • Invitations Sent
                                            • Invitations Delivered
                                            • Completed Responses
                                            • Incomplete Responses
                                            • Email Read
                                            • Bounce Rate
                                            • Dropped Out
                                            • Survey Opened Rate
