Generally, email invitations sent using SoGoSurvey are delivered almost instantly. However, if you are sending bulk email invitations (more than 1,000 invitations at once), it typically takes between 20 minutes to one hour for all recipients to receive the invitation. This delay is to comply with spam guidelines. We avoid sending too many emails to a particular domain in a given time period.
Sometimes you may run into delivery issues, including email invitations not being delivered or landing in spam. To resolve this and ensure efficient email delivery, you may whitelist SoGoSurvey. Provide the details listed below to your IT team and they should be able to make the required changes at your end.
To ensure that emails are delivered to the intended recipients without interruption, the following
